UW16 HMS is a rotary neck designed for training on the upper and lower lift. It can be used for a whole range of exercises for various upper body muscle groups, starting from small muscle groups such as biceps and triceps, through the anterior and lateral shoulder muscles, to the widest muscles and the dorsal extensor.
Its length guarantees many grip possibilities, from very narrow to very wide. Thanks to this, during training, the neck will guarantee muscle development at different lengths of their attachments. The extreme handles are set in a neutral grip, thanks to which you can engage alternative muscle trailers during the exercise. The grip is made of high quality steel, which allows you to train with a significant load. In addition, the rough handle prevents the utensil from slipping out of your hands, while at the same time requiring a stronger grip, which also allows you to build up your forearm muscles.
The UW16 HMS model will allow you to easily and symmetrically expand muscle groups.
