WA06 HMS is a roller used for upper body exercises. Its high quality and proven design will satisfy even the most demanding users. User stability is improved by Velcro handles.
Almost the whole body works with the roller. In addition to the rectus abdominis, deep and oblique muscles are involved. Going higher, the widest dorsal muscle is also stimulated, as well as the larger, smaller and dorsal round. In addition, shoulder muscles - shoulder and triceps - also work.
