Terms & Conditions – Sportanera

As a user of this website (referred to as "you/your"), you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make ("use/using") is subject to the terms and conditions below (which include other important sections such as Delivery, Payment Options, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy Policy).   • Print or save a copy for future reference.

1. General

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website. It is your responsibility to review the terms each time you use the website. Continued use signifies your acceptance of the latest version.

If you are not a consumer, you confirm you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website.

Orders placed are subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms. The final confirmation step sets out the key details of your order. You will receive an order acknowledgement email, which does not constitute order acceptance. Contract completion occurs upon dispatch of the goods, unless we've notified you otherwise or you've cancelled the order.

Please note: we do not store your order details online. Please print out your acknowledgement and these terms for your records.

2. Delivery

  • Delivery must be received by an adult aged 18 or over.

  • Charges and estimated timescales are detailed in the Delivery section and at checkout.

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
    Sportanera shall not be liable for such delays.

3. Payment

We accept secure payments via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (where available)

Payment is taken at the time of order once stock is confirmed. Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your order, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Prices displayed at time of order apply unless there is a pricing error. If an error is found, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel and have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

Ownership passes to you upon full payment and successful delivery.

Prices shown include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges unless otherwise specified.

4. Returns, Cancellations & Substitutions

We offer a 14-day return policy. Please refer to the Returns & Refunds section for full details.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and hosiery are non-refundable.

In the event of manufacturer substitutions, we may offer alternatives of equal or higher value at no extra cost. You may return replacements under our return policy.
